Jenny Alsop, (nee East) the visiting Veterinary Surgeon at Metheringham Upton Shires
who with her extensive knowledge and expertise, is a partner in the very specialised Equine Reproduction Practice ‘Newcombe and East’, who are very experienced in all types of stud work, including Artificial Insemination (A.I.) with fresh, chilled and frozen semen; Embryo Transfer; routine stud work of all breeds from Show Ponies, Sport Horses, Thoroughbreds to Shire Horses; Walking in Thoroughbreds to all the top TB Stallions in the country etc etc. A busy, but successful Small Animal side of the practice has also developed.
Jenny also competes her own horses and together with her husband Robert, runs a very sucessful stud and also offer their own stallions at stud
